My challenge in this month
This is my first time with this team
I am very happy with that...
am part of them :D
I thank all those members and I wish them every success .
With regard to the challenge for this month
We have the work of Italian lasagne with the addition of fresh spinach
3 cups of flour,all purpose
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons olive oil
And about 150 grams fresh spinach leaves
For the red sauce
I used chopped meat
fresh mushroom's slices
salt , pepper
the final touch
fresh , tender basil's leaves
butter , flour , milk ,salt , pepper ,and nutmeg
Then I built
layers of wonderful lasagne sheets .
.. The delicious red sauce
and the rich sauce bechamel
Finally, Mozzarella cheese...
but now I have more to do
